These Terms govern your access to and use of the Fateweaver website and application (the "Service") provided by Infinity Loom Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15581022, with registered office at 69 Torrington Road, Ashford, England, TN23 7TG ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not attempt to interfere with our systems or access them using a method other than the interface and instructions that we provide.
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for technical purposes such as formatting), display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service. Where you choose to share content with collaborators or publish it publicly, this license includes displaying and distributing that content to the people you shared it with or to the public, as applicable, until you unshare or unpublish it. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infinity Loom Ltd and its licensors.
Parts of the Service may be offered under paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods, and included features are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer, statutory cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. In other cases we will give you reasonable notice before terminating. Following termination, you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Loom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that if you are a consumer you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made, and for material changes we will give notice within the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
